Who do we use to deliver?

We use a number of courier partners DPD, Parcel force, UK Mail and Royal Mail – we have selected these companies because they offer the best and most reliable service to our customers. We pride ourselves on service and will only ever use courier companies who do the same.

UK delivery service options

Your order will be dispatched on the next available dispatch time for delivery on the next working day**. On the rare occasion that your delivery is delayed due to circumstances out of our control, you will be notified so you can keep up to date with your deliveries expected arrival.

**Working day – this refers to dates ranging from Monday to Friday, with the exception of national Bank Holidays in the UK.

Orders under £49 delivery cost £2.99.

Delivery Terms:

  • All orders received through us are processed and, if the goods are available, dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving the order.
  • We will endeavour to ensure orders received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day, orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods we will advise you as soon as practically possible.
  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you submitted at checkout. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  • Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Our delivery charges vary depending on which option you choose and where you would like your parcel to be delivered to.

To help make it as clear as possible, once you have everything you need in your basket and are ready to checkout, we’ll provide you with an option to tell us where you’d like your parcel delivered. In return, we’ll show you the delivery charge based on your chosen location, so you can pick the best delivery option for you.

What if I’m not home?

You can enter comments for the delivery driver during checkout with instructions of where to leave your delivery. To guarantee delivery we recommend someone is at home on the day you select for delivery.

When no one is available to accept your delivery, a card will be left letting you know that our courier tried to deliver it. On the card will be instructions on the other options available to collect your parcel, including redelivering at a different time and date, redelivering to a different address, and collecting from your local post office.

Damaged products

Whilst we try very hard to deliver our item to you in perfect condition, in the event that it does arrive damaged we will replace it for you, free of charge.

What about Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands?

We offer the same delivery service to the whole of the UK – you don’t pay any more if you’re in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or Islands.

Yes, we can! If you live outside of the countries mentioned above and would like to purchase product then please email and we will come back to you with a bespoke quotation for delivery.

All International orders are sent via Parcelforce Worldwide and are fully trackable.

Please note that customers purchasing goods to an international destination are liable for any customs charges that occur as a result.

Please also note that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that purchased goods are legal to import within the country in which it is being delivered. cannot be held responsible nor are we obligated to issue a refund or recreate an order if it is confiscated by customs.

If you decide you do not want any item in your order, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided if it is in fully resalable condition for up to 14 days. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).

Please note YOU MUST let us know before you send anything back as we might be able to arrange this for you. Unless specified, DO NOT send the goods via any other way than 1st/2nd class post (DO NOT USE “signed for”, “registered”, “next day” or any other courier). Products we are unable to refund or exchange:

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any nutritional products if they have been opened unless they are faulty in some way. We are also unable to offer refunds after 14 days. *Please see Terms and Conditions regarding Distance Selling Regulations.

How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

Refunds will usually reach your account within 7-14 working days. Timing will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company processes the credit. In some cases, we might send you a cheque for the item(s) returned if the amount has already been processed by our bank.
